DESCRIPTION:It’s time for our next Wine University! Guest professor Frank Lynch will curate a vertical tasting of Effingham wines. The things to look for when participating in a vertical tasting and a discussion of the sources of variability including the vintage year and the age of the bottle will be a part of this informative tasting. You will be able to tell the difference from year to year of Effingham varietal wines. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase these exclusive wines. Some of the wines you’ll try include Viognier\, Merlot\, and Tannat. \nJoin us in the Barrel Room at 1PM. Please dress accordingly as the Barrel Room is chilly – our wines prefer it cold. \n \n  \n  \nStudents will also receive a small food-appropriate plate to accompany the wines. DESCRIPTION:I Shot the Sheriff\nIt’s 1890\, and trouble’s stirring in Day Gulch. The sheriff’s gone missing. Worse\, the Pied Piper Pickled Pepper Bandits gang is on the loose – and might be headed to town for a big bank heist. The mayor called the townspeople to an emergency meeting at Miss Kitty’s saloon\, The Litter Box. Has the sheriff gone on a walkabout with the town school teacher or could it be something more diabolical? Follow the clues to solve this mystery before time runs out! \nCome dressed in your best Western gear and solve this mystery. Tickets will include a welcome glass of wine and dinner. Of course\, additional wine will be available for\npurchase. \nDoors will open no earlier than 6:30PM\nShow begins at 7:15PM \nTickets will include a welcome glass of wine and dinner (served buffet style).
