The things to look for when participating in a vertical tasting and a discussion of the sources of variability including the vintage year and the age of the bottle will be a part of this informative tasting. You will be able to tell the difference from year to year of Effingham varietal wines. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase these exclusive wines. Some of the wines you’ll try include Viognier\, Merlot\, and Tannat. \nJoin us in the Barrel Room at 1PM. Please dress accordingly as the Barrel Room is chilly – our wines prefer it cold. \n \n  \n  \nStudents will also receive a small food-appropriate plate to accompany the wines.
