Each month\, we select a country or region to focus on and enjoy a 4-course dinner\, each course paired with Effingham wines. Great for wine-o’s and foodies alike\, these dinners are educational and fun and make you think “outside the box”. \nEach year\, we’ve partnered with Pampa’s Fox Catering\, and this year is no different. Pampa’s is a locally owned and operated catering business located right in Nokesville (down the street from us in fact). Pampa’s Fox will curate a 4-dish menu\, served on small plates\, based on the region we have selected for the month. \nOn Friday\, March 13th\, we are visiting IRELAND! \nMenu –\nRustic Irish soda bread topped with whipped Kerry Gold Butter and Dubliner cheese flakes finished with micro greens.\nSausage Rolls with Whole Grain Mustard – Flaky\, golden pastry wrapped around savory seasoned sausage.\nTraditional Irish Lamb Stew- Slow-simmered lamb with potatoes\, carrots\, onions\, and fresh thyme\nDessert of Warm Apple & Blackberry Crumble – Baked orchard fruit topped with a golden oat crumble\, served with fresh cream. \nDoors open at 6:30PM \nRSVP HERE \nOur Frequent Flyer Program is back!! RSVP & Earn Miles – Travel around the world with us and earn miles. For each series you attend\, you will gain “mile points”. At the end of our series\, we will award prizes to those who traveled the most with us.
