Each course will be served on small plates. \nMenu – \nSope with Citrus Shrimp & Avocado Crema – Crisp corn sope topped with poached citrus-marinated shrimp\, avocado crema\, pickled red onion and cilantro\, finished with chili oil and lime zest \nBean and Cheese Tamales topped with pico de gallo \nShort Rib Barbacoa with Mole Negro – Slow-braised beef\, mole reduction\, sweet corn puree & charred carrots \nPampa’s Signature Tres Leche Cake – a decadent\, ultra-moist dessert consisting of a light sponge cake soaked in a mixture of three milks (evaporated\, condensed\, and heavy cream). Topped with whipped cream and garnished with strawberries \nDoors open at 6:30PM \nRSVP HERE \nIt’s our Frequent Flyer Program\, RSVP & Earn Miles – Travel worldwide with us and earn miles. SUMMARY:Paint 'n Sip - Charcuterie Board
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, May 16th for a Paint ‘n Sip at Effingham and learn to paint on your very own charcuterie board. Guests can choose a spring image of floral arrangements\, honey bees\, or a butterfly. \nThis class will be led by local artist Heather Connole.\nHeather Connole\, a self-taught Impressionist oil painter with 18 years of experience\, will lead this class. She is a member of the Baton Rouge and Manassas Art Guild. \nAll supplies are included in your ticket price (paint\, brushes\, apron\, etc.).\nCharcuterie Board is provided for you. This class will have stencils to help guide you to create your image. The board is a wooden 10×7″ with a handle. \nTo ensure your boards are food-safe\, guests will have the option to leave their boards to be sealed and can be picked up after May 19th. Guests can also choose to take their boards home on the day of if they want to seal them themselves. \nTickets will include a glass of wine of your choosing. Additional wine will be available for purchase.\nAges 21+ \nTickets are limited\, so don’t delay! \nThis event will be hosted in our Historic Slave Quarters from 1pm – 2:30pm
