The second floor of our Manor House features five different parlor rooms, each with its own personality and nod to our history, for groups to enjoy their wine and each other 12 months a year.
Each room is distant from each other, with separate entrances, custom seating and staff to serve you while you are here.
In order to accommodate all, while keeping things safe and clean, reservations are taken in two blocks - early afternoon (11:30 am - 2:30 pm) and late afternoon (3:00 pm - 6:00 pm). A reservation guarantees you that time block, and includes bottled water and our professional service.
You can reserve a room by calling 703-594-2300. A $100 gift card must be purchased to confirm each reservation and can be used on any visit to Effingham Manor.
The Princess Room accommodates up to ten people. The Princess Room is detailed in light pink and blue hues, as a tribute to the many brides who have chosen Effingham Manor as their wedding venue.
The Garden Room accommodates up to eight people. Overlooking the English garden, the Garden Room and its soft benches and piggies provide a magnificent way to spend some wine time.
The Tidewater Room accommodates up to four people. The Tidewater room is on the front of the Manor, set up as a tribute to the families that have called Effingham Manor home for the past 240+ years.
The Library accommodates up to eight people. Overlooking the boxwood lined entrance, the Library recalls the history of the property, complete with an original painting of Grant and Lee at Appomattox.
The Game Room accommodates up to eight people). At the center of the Game Room is the vintage poker table with cards and chips, encouraging its visitors to try test their card skills.
