It’s time for another International Chef’s Table! Each month, we select a country or region to focus on and enjoy a 4-course dinner, each course paired with Effingham wines. Great for wine-o’s and foodies alike, these dinners are educational and fun, and make you think “outside the box”.
Join us on Friday, June 12th, as we travel to Italy!
Enjoy a thoughtfully tailored Italian-themed Menu, paired with Effingham wines. Dinner catered by local favorites, Pampa’s Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.
Menu –
Burrata & Roasted Tomato Crostinib – Toasted artisan bread topped with creamy burrata, slow-roasted heirloom tomatoes, basil oil, aged balsamic, and sea salt
Lemon Parmesan Risotto with Asparagus & Peas – Creamy risotto finished with Parmigiano-Reggiano, fresh lemon zest, sweet peas, asparagus, and a touch of mascarpone for a silky finish
Chicken Saltimbocca with Sage Brown Butter served with Parmesan Herb Orecchiette – Pan-seared chicken saltimbocca layered with prosciutto & fresh sage, finished with a white wine brown butter sauce and served with parmesan herb orecchiette (tossed with roasted garlic, Parmigiano-Reggiano, fresh parsley, basil & touch of olive oil)
Dessert of Classic Tiramisu – Layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, cocoa powder & dark chocolate shavings

It’s our Frequent Flyer Program, RSVP & Earn Miles – Travel worldwide with us and earn miles. For each series you attend, you will gain “mile points”. At the end of our series, we will award multiple prizes to those who traveled the most with us. Calculating Effingham Manor, Nokesville to Rome, Italy – you will earn 4,523 miles!!!
Seating Notes: Table seating is arranged before the day of the event. If you want to sit with another group and are making separate reservations, please email all guests names to jennifer@effinghammanor.com
