A super, secretive dinner tradition – a “Diner en Blanc” party is a celebration where people enjoy an elegant outdoor dinner, dressed in all-white attire.
This affair is all set up on the lawn. Show up in your fabulous white attire, and bring your dinnerware, décor & imagination! Come prepared to set a great table, showing off your creative side. The diner bell will ring at 6:15pm and guests are welcome to arrive no earlier than 4pm to begin set-up.
Effingham will provide:
The guest tables (rounds), table linens (only 1 per table), chairs, prizes for our “best-of” contests, wine cocktail upon arrival. Additional wine for purchase at our bar. Plus, DJ A-Ron with music all night
Guests are responsible for providing:
Your table settings (plates, forks, napkins, etc.), additional tables needed for their displays and/or food, centerpieces, dinner, dessert, and creativity. Guests are responsible for providing their own food* for the evening.
We advise guests to bring their own tables for additional set-up for their buffet space, as needed.

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED! No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 4 days of event. No outside alcohol is allowed on the property!! As a reminder, all guests must be over 21 years of age.
Seating Notes: Table seating is arranged PRIOR to the start of the event. If you plan on sitting with people who are making separate reservations, please give your table a unique name shared among your group (ex: “Piglet Table” “Smiths”). This will allow us to have an easy setup and check-in experience. Email us with all the guests’ names (first and last), your table name, and send to jennifer@effinghammanor.com
This event is held rain or shine. In keeping with tradition, if light showers are forecasted, this event will still be held outdoors.
