Blind Tastings – Effingham Wine University

It’s Blind Tasting time! Professor Frank Reilly has gone into the library to sample wines from throughout Effingham’s history. The catch is, you wont know what they are. Try to choose not only the vintage, but the varietal. Your University Professor will teach you what to look, taste and smell for, in trying to identify the wine varietals.

We are offering two sessions in the Barrel Room at 12PM and 2:30PM. Please dress accordingly as the Barrel Room tends to be cooler.

Students will receive a small food-appropriate plate to accompany the wines.
