Brazil Wine Dinner – International Chef’s Table

It’s the next installment of our International Chef’s Table. Join us on Friday, August 9th as we travel to Brazil!

Enjoy a thoughtfully tailored Menu, paired with Effingham wines. Dinner catered by Pampa’s Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.

Menu –
Pão de queijo (Brazilian stuffed cheese bread)
Bolinho de Bacalhau – Salt Cod Fritters
Feijoada – Brazilian Stew with black beans, pork & chorizo
Passion Fruit Mousse & Brigadeiros (chocolate truffle)
