Bubbles – Don’t Be Intimidated

Celebrate the New Year with BUBBLES! We are excited to end the year with a special Effingham Wine University Class. Join Professor Frank Reilly in exploring sparkling wines from all over the world. Professor Frank will review flavor profile, wine making technique, and the difference between cava, demi sac, and asti. You will leave knowing more about Sparkling Wine than you would’ve ever thought. PLUS, you get to drink it!

Class starts at 1pm and will be $65 per guest.
