Enjoy a 4 coursed menu, paired with Effingham Wines. Dinner catered by Pampa’s Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.

Seafood (shrimp & scallops) Fritters with Grilled Pineapple Salsa
Mofongo – Puerto Rican dish made with fried green plantains, chicharrones (pork) & garlic
Caribbean Jerk Chicken with White Rice
Coconut Pineapple Pie – Homemade crust filled with a coconut/pineapple custard topped with whipped cream
