Diner en Blanc

A super, secretive dinner tradition.

A Diner en Blanc party is a celebration in which people enjoy an elegant outdoor dinner while all dressed in all white attire.

All set up on the lawn at Effingham Manor. This event is held rain or shine. In keeping with tradition, if light showers are forecasted, this event will still be held outdoors.

The diner bell will ring at 6:15pm, guests are welcomed to arrive no earlier than 4:00pm to begin set-up. Show up in your fabulous white attire; bring your white dinnerware, décor and imagination! Come prepared to set a fabulous table-showing off your creative side!!

Effingham will provide:
The guest tables (rounds), table linens (only 1 per table), chairs, music, small prizes for our “best-of” contest, signature wine cocktail upon arrival and additional wine will be available for purchase at the bar.

Guests are responsible to provide:
Your table settings (plates, forks, napkins, etc.), additional tables needed for their displays and/or food, centerpieces, dinner, snacks , dessert and creativity. Guests are responsible for providing their own food for the evening.

We advise guests to bring their own tables for additional set-up for things such as their buffet space, as needed.

The cost is $45 per person to attend, with wine for purchase.

RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST! No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 4 days of this event. Absolutely, no outside alcohol is allowed on property. As a reminder, all guests must be over 21 years of age.
