Effingham Wine University

We are delighted to bring back another year of Effingham Wine University! Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a series of classes, each focusing on wine education and knowledge. Your favorite University professor, Frank Reilly, is back for another exciting semester.

Our first class of Effingham Wine University 2024 is “Be a Rhone Ranger”.

One of the most important wine regions that people overlook is the Rhone Valley in France. Learn about (and taste) some of the most important Rhone grape varieties.

We are offering two sessions in the Barrel Room at 12PM and 2:30PM. Please dress accordingly as the Barrel Room is chilly – our wines prefer it cold.

Students will also receive a small food-appropriate plate to accompany the wines. Not all dietary needs can be accommodated but please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions by emailing jennifer@effinghammanor.com .
