Effingham Manor & Winery’s 9th Anniversary

Saturday, September 19, 2026. 

To celebrate, we bring you a day to sample the best of Effingham. We will have food trucks, live music, local craft vendors, tasting experiences, and so much more!

Effingham will be open for special hours of

11:30am – 7:00pm.

We encourage you to bring friends and family to have the best “Effing” experience. Please remember, we are still an adults-only winery (all guests must be 21 or older – no infants/toddlers) and we are a pet-free property.

Admission is only $21, which includes…

An exclusive Festival Wine Glass to take home.

A Drink ticket that you can redeem for one of the following:

  • A glass of wine of your choosing.
  • A tasting of 4 of our current award-winning wines. *
  • Or redeem for a glass of beer.

Plus, re-admission with your festival wristband!

All guests on property must have an admission ticket.

*  tastings will be scheduled throughout the day with the last one offered at 5:30pm.

Effingham wines will be available by the glass or bottle

No wine flights or traditional tastings will be available for this celebration. Comp Cards are also not valid on this special day. We appreciate your understanding.

ENHANCE YOUR “EFFING” EXPERIENCE

While here, enhance your Effingham experience with one or both of the following: LIBRARY TASTINGS

A sampling of the highest-rated wines from our 9-year history. This tasting will be hosted in our Historic Slave Quarters. Frank Lynch is back to guide you through this special tasting.

After you click “get tickets”, you’ll see an “add-on” pop up where you can choose your tasting time (12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm). This experience is an additional $27 and each session has limited seating.

In the Barrel Room, join us for BARREL TASTINGS!

Back by popular demand, we are offering barrel tastings of our newly assembled red blends. We will also taste pre-released reds as well as something special no one has seen before. Blends are not available during our March barrel tastings, so this is the first chance to sample and the only chance to purchase futures for these wines being bottled in January 2027. 

This tasting is limited to 20 guests per session and is an additional $27 to your event ticket.  After you click “get tickets”, you’ll see an “add-on” pop up for Library Tastings, once you hit next, you will see the option for Barrel Tastings. This is where you can choose your tasting time (12:00pm, 1:30pm, and 3:00pm). 

Food Vendors for the day are Talk of the Mountain Seafood, The Kitchen of Don Alfredo, and Tummy YumYum-Specialty Desserts!

Beer on tap from Trouvaille Brewing Company. You can find Trouvaille’s beer at Effingham, not only on our Festival Day, but every day!

Trouvaille Brewing Co. is a locally owned and operated small-batch craft brewery in Haymarket, VA.

Local vendors on the lawn with their crafts for sale – Manassas Olive Oil, Mondo’s Hot Sauce, Harney’s Fine Art, Stop Shop & Prop, Luvelle Rose, Pure Shenandoah, BeJeweled Era (permanent jewelry), Simple Cookie Company, Filla Green, Styled by Sweetface Boutique, A. Caroline Typewriter Poetry, Pink Duck Pottery, Scrollsaw Art, Jimmy Hatch Pepper Salsa, Cotton and Lime (booknook), and Prince William Regional Bee Association. PLUS, more!!!

Our favorite local farm will be back with their baby goats!

HiDeHo Farm will be here from 2pm – 5pm. Guests will be able to bottle feed and pet these adorable kids. They will also have a variety of eggs and produce for sale.

Meisha Herron will be kicking off the day with us!

Meisha Herron is a guitarist/singer who plays locally throughout Virginia at different wineries and other venues. She has a broad repertoire of music – playing standards, blues and classic rock songs from the 60’s and beyond.
