Germany Wine Dinner – International Chef’s Table

It’s our next installment of our International Chef’s Table. Join us on Friday, October 13th as we travel to Germany!

Enjoy a thoughtfully tailored menu, paired with Effingham wines. Dinner catered by Pampa’s Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.

Menu:

* Pretzel with German Beer Cheese Dip
* Pork Schnitzel with Mashed Potatoes
* German Beef Stew served over spaetzle with Cabbage
* Dessert of Baumkuchen – a multi layered cake with a hint of rum covered in a rich dark chocolate glaze
