It’s our next International Chef’s Table Series. Join us on Friday, September 12th, as we explore the foods of South Africa.
Enjoy a thoughtfully tailored Thai-themed menu paired with Effingham wines. Dinner will be catered by local favorites, Pampa’s Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.
Menu –
Mfino Fritters – Spinach, onions, and herb fritters, topped with a lemony mayo and smoked salmon
Sosaties – lamb, onions, and dried apricot skewers
Bobotie – Minced beef with curry spices served with yellow rice
Dessert of Malva Pudding – soft, moist cake, served warm, with hints of vanilla, butter, and apricot

RSVP & Earn Miles! It’s our Frequent Flyer Program. Travel around the world with us and earn miles. For each series you attend, you will gain “mile points”. At the end of our series, we will award multiple prizes to those who traveled the most with us. South Africa apparently has 3 capitals – Pretoria, Cape Town, and Bloemfontein. This month, we are calculating Effingham Manor, Nokesville to Cape Town – you will earn 7,930 miles.
