Mexican Wine Dinner – International Chef’s Table

¡Hola! We are excited for the June International Chef’s Table series hosted on Friday, June 9th. Join us as we travel to MEXICO!

Enjoy a thoughtfully tailored menu, paired with Effingham wines. Dinner catered by Pampa’s Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.

Quesadillas with cheese, peppers & jalapeño with green tomatillo salsa
Chicken Flautas on a bed of lettuce with sour cream and salsa
Carne Asada served with grilled nopales and tomato salsa
Dessert of Churros with chocolate sauce & traditional spiced fruit with Tajin Classic seasoning
