Menu:
* Fish Ceviche – citrus-infused white fish with red onion and spices
* Aji de Gallina served with Rice – Peruvian dish made with aji peppers, chicken and a cream sauce
* Beef Anticuchos – marinated beef skewers served with potatoes
* Dessert of Suspiro Limeno – vanilla custard topped with port-infused meringue
