Peru Wine Dinner – International Chef’s Table

It’s our next installment of our International Chef’s Table. Join us on Friday, July 21st as we travel to Peru!

Enjoy a thoughtfully tailored menu, paired with Effingham wines. Dinner catered by Pampa’s Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.

Menu:
* Fish Ceviche – citrus-infused white fish with red onion and spices
* Aji de Gallina served with Rice – Peruvian dish made with aji peppers, chicken and a cream sauce
* Beef Anticuchos – marinated beef skewers served with potatoes
* Dessert of Suspiro Limeno – vanilla custard topped with port-infused meringue
