Spain Wine Dinner – International Chef’s Table

It’s our next installment of our International Chef’s Table. Join us on Friday, August 11th as we travel to Spain!

Enjoy a thoughtfully tailored menu, paired with Effingham wines. Dinner catered by Pampa’s Fox Catering. Each course will be served on small plates.

Menu:
* Tapas board of Prosciutto , Manchego Cheese and Olives with fresh bread
* Patatas Bravas (Potatoes with a spicy tomato sauce) and Spanish Ham & Cheese Croquettes
* Paella with Shrimp, Chicken and Mussels
* Dessert of Tarta de Santiago with Chocolate sauce (almond cake)
