Sparkling Everyday
Join us to end the season with a day of Sparkling wine education, as we toast in 2026! The day starts with resident Sommelier, Keith Bevins, walking you through the differences in Sparkling wine regions around the world. As you taste the different wines, you’ll learn the regional differences in style, flavor and production methods in Italy, Spain, France, and Virginia.
All wines will be available for purchase.
Guests will also enjoy a specially tailored brunch plate to enhance their wine experience. Menu will inculde quiche, mini fruit parfaits, and chocolate-covered strawberries.
Seating Notes: Table seating is arranged prior to day of the event. If you want to sit with another group, please email the other guests names and send to jennifer@effinghammanor.com .
Due to the size of this event, guests will be seated with other parties. High top barrel seating will be used, if for any reason you prefer a low table, please email us to let us know no later than December 26th.
