We always hear about a good pairing, but what makes a bad one? Guests will have the opportunity to taste our wines with an appropriate wine pairing and we’ll discuss the reasons why it works. Experience in real time the elements of what goes into a positive food pairing, and why certain foods are paired with certain wines.
Guests will try a variety of Effingham library and current vintage wines each paired with a small bite pairing. We are offering two sessions in the Barrel Room at 12PM and 2:30PM. Please dress accordingly as the Barrel Room tends to be cooler.
